Adept Nursing & Rehab of Ashland is hiring per diem Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for all shifts. Nurses provide direct resident care, administer medications, monitor health, and support care plans in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' health, vital signs, and responses to treatments.

• Collaborate with physicians, RNs and other staff for coordinated care.
• Educate residents and families about health management and procedures.
• Ensure care aligns with regulatory and facility guidelines.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when necessary.
• Assist with training and supervising CNAs.
