Adept Nursing & Rehab of Ashland is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing facility in Ashland, NE. Per diem shifts available across days and nights; you’ll oversee nursing staff, administer medications, and ensure high-quality resident care in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications include an active RN license, strong clinical judgment, leadership ability, and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document residents' health status, vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
• Supervise and support a team of LPNs and CNAs to deliver optimal care.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care.
• Educate residents and families on health management, conditions, and treatments.
• Ensure adherence to all regulations and standards.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care as needed.
• Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement efforts.
