Job summary

Adept Nursing & Rehab of Waverly is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join a compassionate care team in a supportive environment. LPNs provide direct nursing care to residents and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.

This role emphasizes medication administration, vital sign monitoring, and participation in care planning, with emphasis on patient safety and adherence to regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• LPN license required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document residents' health, including vitals and responses.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Provide nursing care including wound and catheter care; assist with daily living activities.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and the care team for coordinated care.
• Educate residents and families on health management and procedures.
• Ensure care complies with regulatory and facility guidelines.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when needed.
• Assist with training and supervising CNAs.
