Job summary

Commonwealth Senior Living is seeking a Licensed Nurse (LPN/RN) for PRN shifts in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities in Enfield, CT. The role involves assessments, care planning, medication management, and documentation under the Resident Care Director’s guidance.

We require an RN or LPN license, CPR/First Aid, and at least one year of nursing experience, preferably in geriatric or rehabilitation settings.

Qualifications

• Hold an unencumbered state license as an RN or LPN.
• CPR and first aid certification, or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize resident and family satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with Federal and State policies governing resident care.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately, maintaining detailed records.
• Provide direct nursing care and supervise nursing assistants.
• Report changes in residents' conditions to the Resident Care Director.
• Maintain equipment and supplies to ensure resident safety.
