Cordata Court Assisted Living and Memory Care is seeking a dedicated Caregiver/Care Partner to support residents with daily living and activities in a compassionate, community-focused setting.

The role requires CNA/HCA certification, good communication in English, and the ability to assist with mobility and daily tasks. This position offers flexible FT/PT shifts, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for advancement within a supportive team.

Formación

• Must have HCA and/or CNA certification as required by state.
• Experience working with older adults is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct care and assistance to residents in daily living activities.
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff in writing and verbally.
• Lift and move residents per safety guidelines (up to 50 lbs, up to 190 lbs with assistance).

Highlights of the Caregiver/Care Partner Position:

• HCA and/or CNA certification required
• Possesses applicable certifications as required by state
• A minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults (priority given)
• Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
• Must be able to regularly life and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance of a second employee and/or mechanical devices.

The salary range for this position is $21.00 to $24.00.
