South Hill Village Assisted Living and Memory Care in Washington state is recruiting a dedicated HCA Caregiver/Care Partner to support residents with daily living activities, companionship, and basic care in a warm, resident-centered environment.

Requirements include HCA certification or CNA credential, at least one year of experience with older adults, strong English communication, and a collaborative, respectful approach.

Qualifications

• Must be HCA certified or Certified Nurse Aide.
• Experienced Caregiver or CNA certification per state requirements.
• One-year experience with older adults preferred. Strong English communication with residents and staff.
• Ability to work a full shift, arrive on time and work overtime as needed.
• Genuine interest in elderly care.
• Courteous and diplomatic with residents and staff under all circumstances.
• Team player with strong public-relations skills.
• Positive, respectful, and professional with coworkers and residents.

Highlights of the HCA Caregiver/Care Partner Position:

• Must be HCA certified or Certified Nurse Aide.
• Experienced Caregiver or Certified Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) per state requirements.
• One-year experience in working with older adults preferred Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing, with residents and staff.
• Ability to work a full shift, come to work on time and work overtime, as needed.
• Must have a genuine interest in the care of the elderly and for issues that impact the elderly.
• Ability to relate to residents and staff in a courteous and diplomatic manner under all circumstances.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team setting and to convey strong public-relations skills.
• Maintain a positive, respectful, and professional approach with coworkers, residents, and staff.

The salary range for this position is $20.00 to $23.00.
