Helms Home Care in Fayetteville, NC is seeking registered nurses to provide in-home infusion therapy services, delivering compassionate, personalized care to patients in their homes. The role requires an active RN license, at least 1 year in infusion therapy or catheter maintenance, reliable transportation, and the ability to manage multiple visits per week with thorough charting and prompt communication.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum 1 year experience in infusion therapy and/or catheter maintenance and care.
• Must have reliable transportation and access to basic office equipment.
• Must be able to communicate promptly with scheduling personnel.
• Expect to do multiple visits per week.
• Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform catheter access & care (peripheral IVs, port-a-caths, PICC/central lines), vitals/assessments, and medication administration (antibiotics, TPN, IVIG, and other specialty meds).
• Provide patient education on self-administration of medication.
• Make visit notes through electronic charting and submit promptly.

• As per the Patients needs perform catheter access & care (peripheral IVs, port-a-caths, PICC/central lines), vitals/assessments, medication administration (Abx, TPN, IVIG, and other specialty meds), blood draws
• Provide patient education on self-administration of medication
• Make visit notes through electronic charting and submit promptly

• Minimum 1-year experience in infusion therapy and/or catheter maintenance and care
• Reliable transportation, access to a printer/scanner/fax machine
• Must be able to communicate promptly with our scheduling personnel
• Expect to do 2 visits per week
• Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance
