Millwood Hospital in Arlington, TX, part of Universal Health Services, is seeking a PRN cook to prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner for patients and staff according to the menu and production sheets. The role supports the dietary team and may step in for Lead Cook or Dietary Manager.

Requirements include a high school diploma, at least two years of quantity cooking, knowledge of modified diets, sanitation training, a food handler permit, and experience with industrial kitchen

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of quantity cooking experience with knowledge of modified diets.
• Training in food service sanitation and a valid food handler permit.
• Experience with industrial kitchen equipment; supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch and dinner for patients and staff according to approved menus and production sheets.
• Assist Lead Cook or Dietary Manager when they are unavailable.
• Maintain sanitation standards and ensure food safety in the kitchen.
