Kingwood Pines Hospital is seeking a Cook to prepare and serve breakfast, lunch and dinner for patients and staff in a hospital setting, following approved menus and production sheets. This role requires adherence to dietary modifications and sanitation standards within a 24-hour facility.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or equivalent, plus experience in quantity cooking and knowledge of modified diets. A food handler’s permit and sanitation training are preferred.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two years’ experience in quantity cooking; basic knowledge of modified diets; training in food service sanitation; possession of a food handler’s permit as required; experience utilizing industrial kitchen equipment and utensils.

Responsabilidades

• The Cook is responsible for the preparation and service of breakfast, lunch and dinner meals for patients and facility staff according to the approved menu cycle and production sheets.
