Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a home health setting required.

Responsibilities

• Provides care with infection control measures to protect staff and patient.
• Demonstrates ongoing professional growth and participates in required in-service programs.
• Accepts clinical assignments within education and competence to care for patients.
• Monitors cases to ensure compliance with third-party payors.
