Job summary

Compassus seeks a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist (PPV PRN) to address speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders under physician direction. You will create and adjust care plans, document goals, and coordinate with families and the care team to ensure quality care.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Speech-Language Pathology (Master's preferred), an active SLP license, and at least 1 year of home health experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology preferred.
• Minimum of one year of home health experience preferred.
• Active SLP license in state(s) of employment required.

Responsibilities

• Provides care with infection control measures and ensures safety for staff and patients.
• Accepts clinical assignments within education and competence for home health patients.
• Monitors cases to ensure compliance with third-party payors.
• Communicates effectively with patient/family, team, physician, and external parties.
