Millennium Physician Group is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our Home Health Team in Lee County, FL. This PRN position involves delivering skilled therapy in patients' homes under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to improve mobility and independence.

The role requires 6 months of relevant experience, strong communication, and reliability, with transportation to home visits.

Qualificações

• Current and valid Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in Florida.
• Minimum 6 months of hospital, skilled nursing facility, or rehab experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled PTA services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Implement treatment plans including therapeutic exercises, gait training and assistive device training.
• Educate patients and families to support recovery and daily living.
• Collaborate with therapists and other healthcare professionals for optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes.
• Adhere to infection control guidelines to ensure safety.
