Job summary

Varco Home Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide one-on-one therapy in patients' homes across Burleson, Texas. This PRN role offers a flexible schedule and the chance to make a meaningful impact on mobility and independence for clients.

You will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, deliver prescribed exercises, monitor progress, educate families, and document visits accurately. Reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• Active Texas PTA license (required).
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently in a home setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients with exercises to improve strength, mobility, and balance.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising PT.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
• Document visits accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support patient goals and functional independence.
