Job summary

Elara Caring in Texas is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality, in-home care. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure the Right Care, at the Right Time, in the Right Place.

The role requires an APTA-approved program graduate, an active PT license, and at least one year of clinical experience, plus the ability to travel between patient homes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA approved physical therapy program.
• Current, unrestricted PT license valid for the state of work.
• Minimum one year of experience in a healthcare facility.
• Must possess a valid driver's license or reliable transportation to travel between patient homes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with transfers.

Responsibilities

What is Required?

• Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) approved physical therapy program
• Current, unrestricted PT license valid for the state of work
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in a healthcare facility
• Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment
