Qualifications

• Two years of experience in adult occupational therapy, preferably in home health.
• Ability to perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants.

Responsibilities

• Perform occupational therapy evaluation and treatment based on physician orders.
• Establish measurable goals and develop treatment plans.
• Maintain communication among the treatment team and family members.
• Document services provided to ensure proper billing.
