Qualifications

• Graduate of an Occupational Therapy Education program approved by CAPTE.
• Current Occupational Therapist licensure in State and CPR certification required.
• Two years of experience in adult occupational therapy, home health experience preferred.

• Perform occupational therapy evaluation and treatment based on physician orders.
• Establish measurable goals and develop treatment plans.
• Maintain communication among the treatment team, physician, patient, and family.
