Qualifikationen

• Graduate of CAPTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Current state OT licensure and CPR certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of adult occupational therapy experience; home health preferred.

Aufgaben

• Perform OT evaluation and treatment based on physician orders and adaptive equipment.
• Establish measurable goals and develop treatment plans to move patients toward independence.
• Maintain communication with treatment team, physician, patient and family.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of services for proper billing.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants in direct patient care per state practice act.
