Adoration Health is seeking a passionate Home Health Occupational Therapist in Carmel, IN. This role involves providing expert, patient-centered care in a supportive environment. Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an Occupational Therapy Education program approved by CAPTE.
• Current Occupational Therapist licensure in State and CPR certification required.
• Two years of experience in adult occupational therapy, home health experience preferred.

• Perform occupational therapy evaluation and treatment based on physician orders.
• Establish measurable goals and develop treatment plans for patients.
• Maintain communication among treatment team, physician, patient, and family members.
• Document services provided for proper billing.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants in patient care.
