Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Home Health Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered care in the home setting. You will evaluate, treat, and plan care with physician orders while coordinating with family and the care team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Occupational Therapy Education program approved by CAPTE.
• Current Occupational Therapist licensure in State and CPR certification.
• Two years of experience in adult OT; home health experience preferred.
• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills; problem solving skills; basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform OT evaluation and treatment based on physician orders; recommend/procure adaptive equipment.
• Set measurable goals and develop treatment plans to maximize independence.
• Maintain communication among treatment team, patient, and family.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation for proper billing.
• Supervise OT Assistants in direct patient care as applicable per state act.
