Job summary

Varco Home Health in Texas is seeking a licensed vocational nurse for a PRN in-home visiting role in Conroe and surrounding areas. You will perform skilled visits based on the plan of care, including vital signs, wound care, and medication administration.

This position offers a flexible, self-managed schedule, independence in the field, and meaningful patient-focused work. A Texas LVN license is required and EMR experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license (required).
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and adapt to patient needs.
• Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license.
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled in-home nursing visits based on the plan of care.

• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the RN Case Manager.
