Job summary

Varco Home Health is seeking a dedicated LVN to provide one-on-one nursing care in patients’ homes across Katy, TX and surrounding areas. This PRN role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work independently in the field.

You will perform visits, vital signs, wound and catheter care, and education for patients and caregivers, while maintaining thorough documentation and collaborating with the RN Case Manager.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license (required).
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and adapt to patient needs.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled in-home nursing visits based on the plan of care.
