Job summary

Varco Home Health in Texas is seeking an LVN to provide skilled in-home nursing visits in patients' homes under the plan of care.

This PRN role offers a flexible, self-managed schedule with $45 per visit and consistent patient volume in Conroe and surrounding areas. The LVN license is required, home health experience preferred, and EMR experience (Kinnser/WellSky) is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license (required).
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and adapt to patient needs.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled in-home nursing visits based on the plan of care
• Perform vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and catheter care
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the RN Case Manager
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, safety, and disease management
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with the care team
