Job summary

Varco Home Health in Humble, TX seeks a PRN LVN to provide in-home nursing visits, following the plan of care, and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This role offers flexible scheduling, autonomy in the field, and meaningful work with a steady patient flow across Humble and surrounding areas.

Candidates must maintain an active Texas LVN license and have strong clinical and communication skills to educate patients and caregivers and to document care accurately.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license (required).
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and adapt to patient needs.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled in-home nursing visits based on the plan of care.
• Perform vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and catheter care.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the RN Case Manager.
