Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Interact with customers via telephone, email, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.
• Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the appropriate team member.
• Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
• Performs clerical duties including typing, filing, and completion of forms.
• Weigh trucks, both inbound and outbound.
• Grade grain to make sure that the appropriate discounts are being taken.
• Operates office machines including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, personal computers, and other standard office equipment.
• Answers phones, directs calls to appropriate individuals, and prepares messages.
• Copies, sorts, and files records related to office activities, business transactions, and other matters.
• Sorts incoming mail and delivers to appropriate departments or individual; processes outgoing mail.
• Maintains filing systems either manually or electronically.
• Manages calendars and schedules appointments.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
