Job summary

Central Farm Service in Minnesota seeks a team member to assist in the daily operation of grain facilities, ensuring efficiency, quality and excellent customer service. Responsibilities include receiving, weighing, grading, storage, drying and loading out grain on-site.

The role requires a high school diploma, and CDL with endorsements is preferred. Willingness to work first shift and travel to multiple locations is expected, with comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CDL with endorsements preferred.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment such as trucks and tractors.
• Willingness to work at multiple locations as assigned by supervisor.
• Basic mechanical experience and aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Operational functions of grain receiving, weighing, grading, storage, handling, drying, blending, conditioning and loading out.
• Monitor stored grain condition to assure quality and quantity.
• Housekeeping, maintenance and other daily tasks.
• Assist other departments within the company as needed.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures; work in a safe manner.
• Represent yourself and Central Farm Service professionally.
• Perform other duties as requested by supervisor or management.
