Envision Imaging is seeking a PRN Patient Service Representative to join our team in Utah, with shifts available at our Bountiful and Draper offices. The PSR handles patient check-in/out, phone support, data entry, and scheduling, while ensuring accurate insurance verification and patient payments are collected.

This on-site role emphasizes exceptional customer service, organization, and teamwork in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• One plus year of customer service experience; healthcare environment preferred.
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, problem solver and team player.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to consistently exceed company and customer expectations.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound calls and greet patients warmly.
• Check in/out patients and ensure proper documentation.
• Collect co-pays, co-insurance, and deductibles as needed.
• Enter patient data accurately and verify insurance coverage.
• Assist with scheduling and medical records as needed.
• Process charges and receipts; communicate with PSR Lead/Area Manager as required.
• Adhere to compliance policies and handle patient inquiries with professionalism.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and support team priorities.
