Advocate Health Care in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Resource Registered Nurse for the Resource Team. This part-time position requires floating to Zone 6–8 facilities within the designated service area, delivering patient-centered care and upholding safety and quality standards.

The RN will participate in professional governance, complete required education, and maintain licensure. Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and proficiency with electronic records are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in the state(s) where care is provided.
• Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience; two years preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking; excellent communication.

Responsabilités

• Engage in unit councils and governance to improve care and apply evidence-based practices.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care using the nursing process.
• Monitor patient conditions, adjust care plans, and collaborate with the care team to improve outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments safely per protocols when required.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and participate in ongoing professional development.
