Job summary

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
• Current CPR certification.
• Demonstrated ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client

Responsibilities

• Complete Long Term Care insurance assessments at client homes.
• Collect claimant demographics, physician information and current medication lists.
• Assess functional level of independence and perform brief cognitive screening.
• Document findings in real time using a point of care system on a laptop or tablet.
