Cleveland Clinic Lutheran Hospital in Cleveland, OH seeks an RN for the Emergency Department on a per diem, variable schedule. You will provide direct nursing care, monitor patient progress, and execute care plans in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include RN licensure, BLS required, ACLS/PALS within hire or within a year, and TNCC/ENPC within 24 months. External applicants need 2 years of recent nursing experience; internal applicants with under 2 years may be considered after

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited school of Professional Nursing.
• RN license valid in the current state.
• BCS/BLS certification required.
• ACLS and PALS within hire or 12 months.
• TNCC or ENPC within 24 months of hire.
• External applicants: 2 years of recent nursing experience; internal: <2 years with probation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patients’ conditions.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
• Maintain professional growth through ongoing education and study.
