Millennium Physician Group in Florida is seeking a Registered Echo Technologist for PRN assignments. The role involves performing routine and complex echocardiography studies and providing preliminary interpretations under general supervision.

Qualifications

• Graduate training in echocardiography/vascular technology or equivalent.
• Must have registry in echocardiography by ARDMS or CCI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs high-quality echocardiograms with measurements and calculations.
• Notifies physician of life-threatening or relevant test data.
• Reviews procedures with physicians and Medical Director as needed.
• Maintains equipment and documents studies in EMR.
• Willing to travel to alternate office locations to meet department needs.
• Demonstrates patient-first care and empathy in all interactions.

Education

Graduate of an approved program of echocardiography and vascular technology/sonography, non-invasive cardiovascular technology or equivalent education and training.
