Job summary

Millennium Physician Group in Punta Gorda, FL is seeking an Echocardiography Technician to perform high-quality cardiac ultrasound exams in an outpatient cardiology setting. You will obtain images and measurements for physician interpretation while ensuring patient comfort and safety.

This role requires RDCS with RVT preferred or CCI acceptable credentials, BLS/CPR certification, and strong teamwork with clinicians and front-office staff.

Qualifications

• Responsible for performing high-quality echocardiograms and related measurements.
• Must communicate findings to physicians and coordinate with staff to ensure patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic echocardiograms and record measurements.
• Review procedures with physicians as needed and document in EMR.
• Maintain equipment and monitor safety compliance in the echo department.
• Assist with patient history intake and obtain informed consent as required.
