Job summary

Millennium Physician Group in Fort Myers, FL seeks a Registered Echo Technologist to perform routine and complex echocardiography and vascular ultrasound studies under general supervision. The role includes patient prep, recording, preliminary interpretation, and interfacing with radiologists and physicians.

Graduate of an approved echocardiography/vascular program with ARDMS/CCI registry; BLS/CPR expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved program of echocardiography/vascular technology or equivalent
• Must have registry in echocardiography by ARDMS or CCI (RDCS with RVT preferred)
• BLS, CPR attestations required

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality echocardiograms with measurements and calculations
• Provide preliminary interpretation of studies
• Maintain equipment and logs; enter charges into EMR
• Coordinate with physicians and Medical Director; ensure patient safety and comfort
