Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a PRN Dishwasher to maintain hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas, transporting, sanitizing, and cleaning dishes and utensils after meals. The role supports the dining team and ensures health standards are met in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers flexible, As Needed scheduling with a wage of $17.00–$17.50 per hour, and opportunities for growth through our development programs and team-based culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ServSafe certificate preferred.
• Food Handler’s Permit required by state.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean, and organize dish storage and washing areas following safety policies.
• Clean and sanitize dishes, silverware, glassware, pots, and utensils; use dish machines or manual washing methods.
• Maintain sanitation of kitchen and dining areas and keep items restocked and stored properly.
• Monitor dish machine, sinks, and test strips; report issues to supervisor.
• Assist cooks with basic food preparation and transport food carts as needed.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and SDS guidelines.
