MBK Senior Living is hiring a full-time Dishwasher to uphold hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas. You will transport, sanitize, and clean all dishware and equipment, while assisting in related dining and kitchen duties to support residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean, and organize dish storage and washing areas in accordance with all community safety and department policies and procedures.
• Clean and sanitize all dishes, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils using dish machines or manual cleaning methods, as needed, adhering to health and sanitation standards.
• Complete general cleanup and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas, including sinks, washing machines, tables, cooking ranges, shelves, cabinets, trash bins, floors, etc.
• Maintain the dish machine and sinks, including checking detergent levels, cleaning filters, ensuring sanitation levels, and reporting issues.
• Ensure that the water is at the correct temperature for optimal cleaning, rinsing, and sanitizing.
• Transport meals to the CFL neighborhood, maintaining correct temperatures, and return carts to the kitchen timely.
• Assist cooks with basic food preparation and transport food carts or serve residents as needed.
