Job summary

MBK Senior Living is hiring a Dishwasher to protect the hygiene of the kitchen and dining room. You will transport, sanitize, and clean all dishes, utensils, and tables after meals, while ensuring health standards and safe operation of dish equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ServSafe certificate preferred.
• Food Handler’s Permit required by state where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dish storage and washing areas per safety policies.
• Sanitize all dishes, silverware, glassware, and utensils using machines or manual methods.
• Clean kitchen and dining areas; ensure proper sanitation and restocking of items.
• Monitor dish machine, sinks, and detergent levels; report issues promptly.
• Transport meals safely to the CFL neighborhood and return carts promptly.
• Assist cooks with basic food preparation and help serve residents as needed.
