Job summary

PrecisionHR is seeking ON CALL Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to service clients on a part-time and full-time basis in Minnesota. You will assist individuals with daily living in a residential setting and supplement your income through flexible shifts.

Shifts include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd with various start times. Must be reliable in attendance. Prior CNA/HHA or related experience is welcome.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable and dependable with attendance.
• Experience as CNA, HHA, or similar is preferred.
• Ability to assist with daily living activities and personal care.

Responsibilities

• Provide support that will enhance individuals' quality of life.
• Implement specialized programs in areas of communication, socialization and behavior management.
• Assist with and teach independent living skills.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal self-care such as toileting, eating, grooming, bathing and dressing.
• Accompany participants to various community activities.
• Maintain cleanliness of homes and ensure a healthy living environment for participants.

HOURS & COMPENSATION

SCHEDULE

• FullTime and Per Diem available
• 1st Shifts: 7:30am 4:00pm
• 2nd Shifts: 3:30pm 12:00am
• 3rd Shifts: 11:30pm 8:00am

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
