Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a PRN Dining Server to deliver high quality dining experiences in a community setting. The role offers part-time shifts with flexible, on-call hours, and pays $18–$19 per hour.

You will take orders, serve meals, assist residents with menu choices, and help maintain a clean dining area while following safety standards. This position requires at least a high school diploma and the ability to pass health and background checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED), highly preferred.
• Exposure to restaurant operations or the ability to learn.
• Must be 18 years or older or have a proper work permit and authorization documentation.
• Background clearances, health screening, and TB test results within 7 days of employment.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dining service by taking accurate food orders and serving meals to residents and guests.
• Uphold table etiquette, clear dishes between courses, and reset tables for the next service.
• Assist residents with meal choices, respect dietary needs, and ensure a friendly dining experience.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary dining area and follow food safety protocols.
• Report safety or equipment issues to a supervisor promptly.
