Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a PRN Server to enhance residents’ dining experiences in our community. You will deliver meals with courteous, high-quality service, assist with menu selections, and help maintain a welcoming dining environment.

Responsibilities include serving, seating residents, coordinating with dietary needs, and supporting dining room operations. The role requires excellent English communication and the ability to work in a fast-paced senior living setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant operations or ability to learn.
• Must be 18+ years old or have proper work permit.
• Background clearances as required by regulations.
• Health screening and negative TB test within 6 months.
• Good communication in English (reading/writing).

Responsibilities

• Takes written food orders and serves meals to residents, family members and visitors professionally.
• Assist residents with meal/menu selections as needed.
• Review residents' dietary needs as outlined by Supervisor.
• Track resident attendance at meals and report promptly.
• Greet and seat residents, making them feel welcome and comfortable.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary dining area and follow food handling policies.
• Serve, clean, and reset tables; assist with kitchen/dining tasks.
• Support community marketing with positive interactions and proper grooming.
