Ideal Dental is seeking a PRN Dental Assistant to join our team and help create exceptional patient experiences. You will assist dentists with a variety of procedures, take X-rays, and maintain sterile operatories while supporting patient care and comfort.

Key responsibilities include iTero scanner usage, charting, and educating patients on oral hygiene. This role offers a supportive environment with growth opportunities and a culture focused on compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Active RDA license required.
• CPR certification required.
• 6–12 months of RDA experience in a dental practice.
• DeNovo Offices: travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a wide range of dental procedures and ensure patient comfort.
• Take dental X-rays with precision to support diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Prepare and break down operatories after procedures, maintain cleanliness.
• Manage patient flow and assist in transitions during visits.
• Ensure infection control standards and sterilize instruments.
