Job summary

Advocate Health in High Point, NC is seeking a CRNA for a PRN role at Quaker Lane. The CRNA will provide anesthesia services with patient-centered, safe peri-operative care within a large, nonprofit health system.

Responsibilities include planning anesthesia care, collaborating with the medical team, maintaining patient records, and contributing to quality improvement. North Carolina licensure and NBCRNA certification are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nurse anesthesia program and NBCRNA certified.
• Current NC CRNA license and NC RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certificates valid at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care as part of a care team during procedures.
• Determine appropriate peri-operative anesthesia care plans, considering patient co-morbidities.
• Collaborate with medical team to ensure effective team-based care.
• Uphold patient safety and contribute to quality improvement and infection prevention.
• Document patient records in compliance with hospital standards and confidentiality.
• Maintain scheduling flexibility and punctuality to deliver timely care.
• Demonstrate professionalism and ongoing commitment to professional development.

Education

Graduate of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia

National Board certification as a CRNA

Current North Carolina CRNA licensure

Current North Carolina RN license

Current BLS and ACLS certifications
