Atrium Health, part of Advocate Health, is seeking a CRNA for the Quaker Lane location in High Point, NC. The role involves anesthesia care in a busy outpatient GI setting with opportunities to mentor students and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

• Current North Carolina RN license.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia.
• National Board certification as a CRNA
• Current North Carolina CRNA licensure
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications

Responsabilidades

• Provide anesthesia using safe and quality techniques during procedures.
• Potential for and encouraged to precept Student Nurse Anesthetists.
• Use medical decision-making to determine appropriate patient care plan for peri-operative and anesthesia care.
• Collaborate with medical team for team-based care; uphold patient safety and quality improvement.
• Document and maintain patient records in compliance with hospital standards; ensure confidentiality.
• Maintain scheduling flexibility, readiness, and punctuality to deliver timely patient care.
• Exhibit professionalism through teamwork and ongoing professional development.
• Contribute to cost containment by conserving resources.
• Operate under licensing regulations with department-specific credentialing.

What We Offer

Flexible Scheduling: CRNA only outpatient GI clinic. Monday through Friday, 7-3p or 7-5p. Part-time opportunities may also be available for this location.

Generous Incentive Package: Offering up to $140,000 in recruitment incentives, provided the candidate meets eligibility requirements.

CME Reimbursement: Receive up to $2,500 and 5 additional PTO days/year for Continuing Medical Education.

Generous PTO: Accrual starts at 30 days/year, to be used for vacations, sickness, holidays, and personal matters.

Parental Benefits: We understand the importance of family, providing six weeks of paid birthing-mother maternity leave and four weeks of paid parental leave.

What You’ll Do

As a valued member of our healthcare team, the CRNA will play a key role in team-focused patient care, providing anesthesia using safe and quality techniques during procedures. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Potential for and encouraged to precept Student Nurse Anesthetists - opportunity to mentor and assess these medical students.

Uses medical decision-making skills to determine appropriate patient care plan to ensure peri-operative and anesthesia care, being sensitive to co-morbidities and age & developmental guidelines.

Collaborates with medical team when needed for effective team-based care; Uphold patient safety, drive quality improvement, and promote infection prevention within job responsibilities and initiatives.

Document and maintain patient records in compliance with hospital standards, ensuring confidentiality.

Maintain scheduling flexibility, readiness, and punctuality to deliver timely patient care.

Exhibit professionalism through teamwork, collaboration, and a commitment to ongoing professional development

Contribute to cost containment efforts by conserving resources.

The clinician functions under the regulatory mandate from their respective licensing organization (North Carolina Medical Board or North Carolina Board of Nursing) with departmental specific credentialing from the institution.

Training and/or Experience Required

Candidate Requirements

Current North Carolina RN license

Graduate of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia

National Board certification as a CRNA

Current North Carolina CRNA licensure

Current BLS and ACLS certifications
