Casa Real Nursing, part of Genesis HealthCare, is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide in-facility therapy services, helping patients regain independence and improve quality of life within a collaborative rehab team.

Requirements include ACOTE/AOTA-accredited program graduation, NBCOT certification, and state licensure or eligibility. Competitive pay ($38–$40/hr) and a referral bonus program are offered to support patient-centered care.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• They must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.
