Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation to You is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) to join our in-facility rehab team. You will implement therapy programs, follow recovery plans, and help patients regain independence under the guidance of the Director of Rehab.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• They must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities, follow recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments.
• Help patients get well and restore independence through targeted OT interventions.
• Collaborate with the rehab team and report to the Director of Rehab.
• Provide patient-centered care with compassion and a focus on improving functional ability.

Education
