Clayton Nursing Center, a Genesis HealthCare facility, is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehab team. You will implement OT programs, follow recovery plans, and help patients regain independence in an in-facility setting with a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program per AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• Must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsabilidades

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Help patients regain independence and restore function.
• Collaborate with teammates and refer patients when appropriate.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in an in-facility setting.
