Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab seeks a licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for outpatient geriatric services in an assisted living community in Heathrow, FL. This PRN role emphasizes compassionate care, independence support, and collaborative team engagement.

Qualifications

• Must hold Active Florida COTA license.
• Associate degree from an accredited OT assistant program.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with physicians, families, and the care team
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation
