Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab in Stuart, FL is seeking a licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for outpatient geriatric therapy in an assisted living setting. This PRN role supports activities of daily living and functional independence under the plan of care.

The position offers flexible assignments, competitive pay, and clinical autonomy within a collaborative care team. Active Florida COTA license and OTA degree required; two years of experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited OTA program.
• Active Florida COTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the plan of care.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional independence.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
