Varco Home Health in Houston seeks a licensed Texas COTA for PRN home health occupational therapy. You’ll deliver one-on-one therapy in patients’ homes, support independence, and help clients perform daily activities safely.

You’ll work under an OT, document progress, educate families, and tailor home exercise programs. A flexible, self-managed schedule and reliable transportation are essential; prior Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active Texas COTA license (required).
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently in a home setting.
• Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license.
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of an Occupational Therapist.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), strength, coordination, and safety.
• Reinforce therapy plans and home exercise programs.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising OT.
• Educate patients and caregivers on safety and functional techniques.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
