Job summary

The Conservatory at Champion Forest is seeking a compassionate PRN Concierge to support our busy front desk. You will greet guests, answer calls, relay messages, and provide information to residents and families.

This role requires flexibility to cover 7am–3pm, 3pm–11pm, and 11pm–7am shifts on an as-needed basis. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of customer service experience and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and staff in person and over the phone.
• Manage incoming calls and messages; route to appropriate contacts.
• Maintain the front desk area neat and organized.
• Assist residents and families with information and directions.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with team members as needed.
