Job summary

Discovery Senior Living's The Conservatory at Champion Forest is seeking a PRN Concierge to support multiple shifts (7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am) as needed. You will greet guests, residents and staff, manage calls, take messages, and provide general information to visitors.

The role requires a high school diploma (GED preferred) and 1–3 years of customer service experience; full job details and EOE D/V apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Carries out telephone answering and reception duties as required.
• Takes complete messages with pertinent information and communicates messages to the intended recipient.
• Greets residents and visitors. Answers inquiries and gives directions.
• Prepares meal tickets for team members and family members, tallies meal count sheets for the Dining staff.
• Updates the Resident Phone List and Roster and Move-In and Move-Out Register daily; Guest and Sign-In Logs as necessary.
• Manages appointments for residents and family members such as but not limited to hairdresser, transportation, etc.
• Maintains and keeps desk and entry area neat and organized.
• Organizes, distributes mail to residents, Executive Director and Department Coordinators.
• Maintains resident forms for miscellaneous credits.
• Maintains adherence to all company personnel policies and established operating policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Our community is looking for a PRN Concierge to join our team.

We are looking for someone who is flexible to cover all 3 shift times (7am - 3pm, 3pm to 11pm, 11pm to 7am) on as 'as needed' basis.

The PRN Concierge is responsible for greeting guests, residents, and employees, managing both external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages and providing information of a general nature.
