Avera Education & Staffing is seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to provide direct, personal care to residents in a skilled nursing setting. You will support daily living activities, report changes, and help maintain a safe, compassionate environment.

The role requires CNA certification at hire, 6 months related experience, and a minimum age of 18. Work hours include rotating days and evenings with weekends and holidays, in Yankton, SD.

Competenze

• CNA certification required upon hire.
• Six months related experience and/or training.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Mansioni

• Provides assistance to residents with activities of daily living.
• Performs routine duties and non-routine duties as directed by nursing staff, including bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
• Measures and records vital signs and documents information accurately.
• Assists with residents' care plans and communicates changes to nursing staff.
• Maintains clean, stocked, and safe environment in the unit.
